1. Service Overview & Scope

Lotus Home Inspection provides professional visual and non-destructive home inspection services for residential apartments, villas, and independent houses across Visakhapatnam.

Our inspections cover civil quality, plastering hollowness, plumbing pressure & drainage, electrical socket polarity & earthing, doors/windows alignment, and moisture/seepage detection using specialized digital equipment.

2. Non-Destructive Inspection Limit

All inspections performed by our civil engineers are strictly non-destructive and non-invasive. We do not drill walls, chip concrete plaster, break floor tiles, or dismantle concealed electrical conduits.

Findings are based on visible conditions and digital measurements (moisture meters, thermal cameras, socket testers) available at the time of inspection.

3. Deliverables & Report Use

Upon completion of the physical property audit, Lotus Home Inspection will deliver a digital PDF inspection report with defect photographs, severity ratings, and engineering recommendations within 24 hours.

The report is created exclusively for the client to assist in identifying defects and requesting builder/contractor rectifications before property handover.

4. Payment & Cancellation

• Inspection fees are based on property configuration (BHK / built-up area) agreed prior to site visit.
• Cancellations or reschedules must be informed at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled slot.
